Weekly Rig Count Report – US Rig Count Down By 19 Last Week

Total of -16 in oil rigs, -3 in gas rigs and no change in miscellaneous rigs last week, decreasing the total count of active oil and gas rigs in the United States to 916.
That’s the biggest weekly decline in oil rigs since April, when Baker Hughes reported a weekly drop of 20 oil rigs. 

According to the most recent report from Baker Hughes, there was -16 in oil rigs (total oil rig count 754), -3 in gas rigs (162 in total) and no change in ‘miscellaneous’ rigs (0 in total), which means -19 in number of active rigs in the USA last week.
